
RC Show 2022 was held by Restaurants Canada at the Enercare Centre on the grounds of the C.NE. from May 9 to 11, 2022. This was a large and impressive trade show for restaurateurs to discover new products to improve their business operations and to make new connections. The virtual and live conference allowed you to obtain advice from innovators and industry experts. The trade show and pop up restaurant and bar allowed you access to see what was new and innovative in the industry as well as the availability of trusted suppliers. The Canada Pavilion showcased the quality and innovation of our products and services. You can get up to date on the latest bar and beverage technology, products, and techniques. RCShow 2022 provided many networking events; namely, Opening Night Reception, Industry Night Out and Breakfast with Champions events.
Restaurant & Bar Technology
Torontoartsandevents was interested in the breadth and scope of the technology companies in the trade-show and the products and services that they provided. For example, Sunday (see photograph) provided software that allowed patrons to pay their bill from their phone but to also divide up the bill by individual customer if required.



Canadian Cheese & Wine Seminar on Wednesday
Torontoartsandevents enjoyed the matching flavours of the wines and Canadian cheeses by a wine expert and Canadian Cheese Ambassador David Beaudoin which presented four unique pairings of Canadian cheeses with complementing wines.

Exhibitors exhibited here due to the large number of foodservice and hospitality professionals who attend to find what they’re looking for. They’re looking for products and services to operate their businesses.
