We had the pleasure of visiting the Museo Picasso; MACBA: Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelo and Museu Etnològic i de Cultures del Món.
Museo Picasso:
The world famous Museo Picasso consists of connected Gothic palaces. It is located in the El Born neighborhood. Barcelona is a great beach city with easy access to great man made beaches. Within walking distance is the Barceloneta beach which is very crowded but a little further and worth the effort is the Mar Bella Beach. The beaches are generally very calm and great for safe swimming – not a surfer paradise.
Mar Bella Beach: It is located in the Sant Marti district and has an optional nudist area, a volleyball court and a children’s playground as well as beachfront restaurants.
