Toronto’s young philanthropists, hosted by Future Sinai, celebrated the first day of summer by wearing their summer best to support Mount Sinai Hospital at The Sinai Soiree. The proceeds were used to support the redevelopment of the Schwartz/Reisman Emergency Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital, part of Sinai Health System. The Sinai Soiree was held at The Globe and Mail Centre which showed to perfection with the sunny warm weather.
Given that the theme of this year’s party was summer Solstice, there were excellent food and hors d’oeuvres (caprese skewers, baby veal meatballs), an open bar (which included sponsors Steam Whistle beer and Barefoot wine) and a photo booth. There was also great music from a live DJ, and free $20 Lyft discount codes that were handed out to guests to make sure that they arrive to their homes safely.
The Sinai Soiree was a good party for a worthy cause.
