8th Annual Memory Ball 2022 was held on November 4, 2022 at the Berkeley Church.
This Toronto based charity works to educate young people about the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and to empower them to raise money for research and caregiver support. Each year the funds raised through the Memory Ball at donated to A. To date, the funds raised have exceeded $ 500,000.
The Gala evening featured an open bar, food and a young and beautiful crowd all in support of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto! Guests bid on the Silent Auction, enjoyed the photo both, networking and dancing.

Stories of the Ball’s committee Stirred the Beautiful Audience:
Samantha Kellerman is passionate about raising awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s because she has friends and family whose lives have been affected by this disease. The Memory Ball’s focus on taking action and educating young Canadians is important.
Sisters Claire Poirier and Carolyn Poirier paid tribute to their mother Jane Holland who passed away in 2019 after living a long 12 years with early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease. They also lost their grandfather with complications with this disease.

Dispel the myth that Alzheimer’s disease only affects the elderly and reduce the stigma around early on-set Alzheimer’s.
Support caregivers by advocating on their behalf, and providing emotional and financial resources.
Conquer the disease within our lifetime by funding research for a cure.
Teach young people on how to keep their brains healthy, longer.
We share the Alzheimer Society of Toronto’s vision – a world without Alzheimer’s disease. We are thankful for their continued support and resources in pursuit of our mission. For more information on their organization, services, and yearly events,
