
The 21st Annual Interior Design Show 2019 (Toronto) was held from January 17 to 20, 2019 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre – South Building. It combined the IIDEX show with the IDS show. It consisted of the Opening Night Preview Party on January 17; the Professional Trade Day on January 18; the Globe Style on Saturday, January 19 and the House & Home Sunday on Sunday, January 20, 2019. The @IDSToronto 2019 showcased wares & services from Canadian & international designers, makers, manufactures and architects. IDS Toronto promotes and celebrates design not only in Canada but across the world.
New For Professionals:
This year the IDS Pro, IDS Contract and IDS Conference were introduced. IDS Pro is two full professional trade days to advance careers. IDS Contract is a curated trade-only exposition focused on innovative products and services on verticals of design in areas such as workplace, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, public space and government. The IDS Conference is a two day symposium that focuses on four specific verticals: Diversity & Talent, Future Cities, Experience and Technology.

Opening Night Party at IDS 2019:
What a great party!! The floor was buzzing with over 5,000 guests, 185 media including Torontoartsandevents. Top Canadian attended. Patrons took in the design inspiration, danced to music by Performance by Miguel Migs Featuring Lisa Shaw., and sampled food from the best restaurants Toronto has to offer. A portion of the Opening Night Party Tickets goes to Habitat for Humanity GTA.
