On April 29, 2008 Moxie's Classic Grill and Bocuse d'Or Canada held a five course, plated, sit-down dinner for media only which was designed to replicate the passion of the Bocuse d'Or and the caliber of food thereof. In the prestigious semi-annual Bocuse d'Or competition, twenty four chefs from twenty four countries compete for Gold, Silver and Bronze prizes. This competition takes place in Lyon, France over two days in an intense, highly charged atmosphere and live audiences. Representing Canada this year will be David Wong who is the Executive Chef at the Fairmont Group of Companies and was chosen by a panel of the Canadian Culinary Federation in 2007 - we wish him well!
